OUR PROCESS
Conceptually, our primary objective was to foster the potential for human interaction across an atmosphere of multi-disciplinary creators. Housing people from all corners of the entertainment industry, a bike shop, a recreational center and a medical practice, Pod 2 is a generator for social advancement that showcases exceptional craft and celebrates those who “make”. Used crane parts from a local scrap yard are incorporated throughout the project to aid in the fostering of the communicative process and transcend industrial time.

ABOUT
250,000 sf retail and private office space for the entertainment industry. The project includes a full service restaurant and coffee house with seating for over 100 occupants.
