OUR PROCESS
Our client purchased a building that once housed the Broome County Food Services facility. This 13,000sf masonry building was just what she needed to expanded her currently cramped 2500 sf animal hospital. The facility houses a state-of-the-art, full-service animal hospital, outfitted with isolation wards, surgical and dental suites and 24-hour care. Additionally, the new facility has a 10 room animal hotel and retail center.
